No. Our workshops are designed for business users -- clinical operations, regulatory affairs, commercial, medical writing, finance, and other non-technical roles. We start with fundamentals and progress to advanced techniques. The only requirement is a laptop and access to the AI tools being covered.
We recommend 8-15 participants per workshop for optimal interaction. Smaller groups (4-8) work well for deep-dive sessions where participants need more individual attention. For larger teams, we run multiple sessions or use a train-the-trainer model to scale internally.
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Before each workshop, we conduct a 30-minute intake call to understand your team roles, current tools, data sensitivity concerns, and specific workflows you want to improve. We then customize examples, exercises, and prompt templates to your industry and department.
Every participant leaves with: (1) a curated prompt library for their role, (2) template pack with reusable prompts and Custom GPT configurations, (3) quick reference guide for data classification and tool selection, (4) video recording of the full session, and (5) a personal action plan with 3-5 AI workflows to implement in their first week.
Both. Virtual workshops work well for distributed teams and deliver the same hands-on experience via screen sharing and breakout rooms. In-person workshops are available for teams in the San Francisco Bay Area and can be arranged for other locations with travel. We recommend in-person for the first workshop if possible.
We can typically schedule a workshop within 2-3 weeks of the intake call. For standard workshops with minimal customization, we can sometimes accommodate 1-week turnaround. Train-the-trainer engagements require 3-4 weeks for preparation of the facilitator materials.
Yes. All workshops include a recording of the full session, which is provided within 48 hours. The recording is for your internal use only and is a standard deliverable included in all workshop formats.

Teams with some AI experience benefit most from structured training because we can address bad habits (like using consumer tools for confidential data), fill knowledge gaps, and introduce advanced techniques they have not discovered on their own. We adjust the curriculum based on your team current skill level.
We track three metrics: (1) pre/post confidence assessment to measure knowledge gain, (2) 30-day follow-up survey to measure adoption and time saved, and (3) prompt library usage analytics if you opt into our retainer service. For train-the-trainer, we also assess facilitator readiness before they deliver to their teams.
