Yes. One of the most common uses of retainer hours is onboarding new team members on AI tools and your company AI policy. We provide condensed training sessions that bring new hires up to speed on what the team has already learned, including access to the prompt library and recorded workshop materials.
Monthly Partner retainer hours do not roll over between months. However, if you consistently use fewer hours than allocated, we will recommend adjusting your plan during the next quarterly review. We track utilization monthly and want to ensure you are getting value from every hour.
Yes. You can purchase additional hours at the $200/hr retainer rate for any month where you need extra support -- for example, during a major tool rollout, new hire cohort, or policy update. Just let us know 2 weeks in advance so we can allocate the right resources.
The Monthly Partner retainer has a 3-month minimum commitment with month-to-month renewal after that. This gives enough time to establish a rhythm and demonstrate value. The Ad-Hoc option has no minimum commitment -- you simply book hours as needed.
Retainer hours cover training, consulting, and lightweight workflow optimization (custom GPTs, prompt templates, workflow design). If you need custom software development (API integrations, internal tools, data pipelines), that would be scoped as a separate project. We can help identify when a project scope is needed during office hours.
