Adrien Laurent
Founder & CEO
Adrien Laurent founded IntuitionLabs in 2023 to bring advanced AI and enterprise software expertise to the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. A serial entrepreneur, he previously led Modulis, a Montreal-based VoIP software company he built from the ground up and successfully exited in 2019.

Pesh Joshi
Veeva Practice Lead
Pesh brings 13 years of Veeva insider expertise to IntuitionLabs as a consulting partner. At Veeva Systems, he served as Practice Director for Global Program Management and Vault Quality, leading implementations of QualityDocs, QMS, Training, and RIM solutions. Prior to Veeva, he spent 7 years at CSC delivering regulatory publishing systems including FirstDoc, RegTracker, and eCTDXpress. Pesh specializes in Veeva Vault implementations, regulatory systems, and data migrations from Documentum and SharePoint.

Amie Harpe
Quality Systems & Digital Transformation
Amie brings 23 years of Pfizer Quality Operations experience to IntuitionLabs as a consulting partner. As Product Owner and Program Manager, she led global quality systems serving 22,000 users across 65 manufacturing sites, managing projects up to $40M. She specializes in GxP compliance, DMS, and Veeva QMS implementations. Amie holds PMP and SAFe certifications, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and completed Stanford's AI-Driven Leadership program. She founded Sakara Digital to help organizations navigate digital transformation with flexibility and purpose.

Antonio Monroy
Clinical Trial Procurement
Antonio brings over 10 years of pharmaceutical procurement expertise to IntuitionLabs as a consulting partner. He has led contracts management at GSK (via Infosys BPO) and Cmed Clinical Services, with additional experience at Airbus and Embraer. He specializes in end-to-end CRO sourcing, clinical trial budget optimization, and AI-enabled procurement for phases I-IV. Antonio holds law degrees from UNAM Mexico and UNED Spain, plus an LLM in Maritime Business from the University of Oslo. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
