Yes. Virtual workshops work well for distributed teams. In-person workshops are available in the San Francisco Bay Area and can be arranged for other locations. We recommend in-person for the first engagement when possible, especially for larger teams.

We recommend 8-15 participants per session. Smaller groups (4-8) work well for deep dives where participants need more individual coaching. For larger organizations, we run multiple sessions or offer a train-the-trainer model.

No. The workshops are designed for business users and product teams, not engineers. We start with fundamentals and build to advanced techniques. The only requirement is a laptop with access to the AI tools being covered.
