Key Portal Capabilities
Physician Portal:
- Enables physicians to electronically sign Plans of Care (POC) and Change Orders, reducing administrative turnaround time and accelerating cash flow.
- Proactively prompts physicians when documentation is ready for signature.
Employee Portal / CV Mobile:
- Provides HIPAA-compliant, secure access for employees and caregivers via web and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Allows staff to access and manage schedules, view shift offers, accept/apply for shifts, and update demographic information.
- Facilitates secure communication with other CareVoyant users or patients through CV Secure Messaging.
- Integrates with CV Mobile for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) using GPS, point-of-care documentation, clock-in/clock-out, and task documentation, ensuring compliance with state EVV aggregators.
