Key capabilities of the ERA Automation include systematically matching office visits with charges, creating customizable rules around payment types (including ACH for electronic funds, CHK for paper checks, BOP for third-party processors, and NON for non-payments), and building actionable worklists for denials and unexpected payment amounts. Users can set the automation frequency (e.g., daily, 7 days, 14 days) and receive email notifications upon the success or failure of each posting run.
