CloudCath is a private medical technology company that develops remote monitoring and predictive analytics platforms for catheter-based treatments. The company's flagship product, the CloudCath System (Connect PD), is designed for patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis (PD) at home. It utilizes advanced optical sensors and proprietary algorithms to monitor the turbidity of dialysis effluent in real-time, allowing for the early detection of peritonitis—a common and serious infection associated with PD.
